Bea had a fun Saturday, flying in her papa's arms and then landing in her new rocker, with its bright colors and sounds. Dan passed out from all the excitement.

Grandma Lily Returns from London

When Bea woke up from her afternoon nap we headed to Grandma Lily's for some playtime at Grandma's apartment and a reunion dinner.

Chatterbox

Bea apparently has a lot to say about the end of Larissa's record winning run on Jeopardy. Larissa, like Bea, is a Bay Area lady.

Sacramento Roadtrip

We visited Robin and Gary, Reva and Don, and Minna and Andrew in Sacramento today, enjoying a wonderful lunch in the #1 backyard in all of America. Bea enjoyed meeting her cousins and being unswaddled after a long nap to a waiting crowd.

Playpen

Dan set up the 5-way pack n play in the living room this weekend and Bea is having a great time in it. We're not sure what all the 5 ways are with this thing, but so far the portacrib and playpen modes are a hit.

We took BART with Lara and August to San Francisco today and had lunch at the Ferry Building during a record breaking heat wave. The lil' gals wore their sunglasses.

Eric and Chris brought over Zachary's pizzas and we drank white wine to celebrate Jolene going to Cal's Chemical Engineering program this fall. Lara made brownies and Heather brought over the best lemon meringue pie.

Bea with Grandma, Auntie Shirley, Great Grandma and Grandpa at the Salinas Golf & Country Club Mother's Day brunch. During brunch Bea took time out to dance in the ladies lounge mirror with Grandma. Before we went to brunch we met up at the golf house in front of the big TV.
